Marco Costa to stand down as CEO of Exclaimer

Today, we announce our Marco Costa, CEO, Exclaimer is stepping down after three successful years at Exclaimer. Since joining us, Marco has played a key role in shifting our focus from simple email signature management to turning business email into an effective engagement tool. Now, he believes it’s the right moment to pass his leadership over to someone new as we embark on our next phase of growth, which promises to be our most exciting yet.  

Celebrating Exclaimer’s achievements 

Exclaimer has reached new levels of growth and success in recent years. We've not only doubled our revenue but have consistently maintained strong profitability, seeing our business growth rate soar to over 30% year on year. We now serve more than 65,000 customers worldwide and have seen our annual recurring revenue (ARR) grow significantly with projections for our 2024 financial year indicating even greater growth on the horizon. 

Exclaimer has also gained significant recognition in the industry from respected publications and B2B review platforms. We've been featured on the Financial Times' FT1000 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies for several years, ranked 75th on The Independent's 2023 E2E Tech 100 list, and received the Best Software Awards from G2 for two consecutive years in the UK and EMEA regions. And that's not including other awards we've received from CRN, Megabuyte, and IT Europa to name a few. 

The foundations of our long-term growth strategy were also laid recently through the opening of our Boston office, which now has 25 employees. This move has kicked off an exciting product expansion aimed at strengthening our core business and exploring new markets.

While we wish Marco success in his future endeavors, we're filled with a great deal of excitement for the future.
