Terms & conditions

1. You must be an Exclaimer registered and authorised partner in France, Germany, the Netherlands or Italy and in good standing (no overdue payments) with Exclaimer.  

   
   
    

2. Incentive runs 2 September 2024 to 30 September 2024. Only orders received by Exclaimer by close of business 30 September 2024 will qualify. 

   
   

3. Eligible Exclaimer sales are closed registered sales of new licenses of Exclaimer Email Signature Service of 100 licenses or more (“closed” means an order submitted to Exclaimer and accepted by Exclaimer during that time period). 

   
   

4. Each eligible Exclaimer sale must be registered in the usual way. 

   
   

5. Winners will be those achieving the most Exclaimer eligible licenses sold in the incentive period. 

   
   

6. There is one partner prize of 500 Euros of travel vouchers shopping vouchers for each of the eligible countries (France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands) for the top selling partner in each of those countries). 

   
   

7. There is also one salesperson prize of 500 Euros of travel vouchers for each of the eligible countries (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands) for the top selling partner salesperson in each of those countries. 

   
   

8. Winners will be notified by email by 30 November 2024 latest. 

   
   

9. Exclaimer reserves the right to amend, add, withdraw or supplement the incentive at its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability. 

   
   

10. Vouchers cannot be gifted or sold to anyone else. 

    
    

11. The winning partner and salesperson give permission to be contacted directly by email or telephone by Exclaimer for the purpose of this incentive to obtain details of where vouchers should be sent. 

    
    

12. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be available.  

    
    

13. By participating in this incentive, you give your consent under the applicable data privacy laws to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by/to Exclaimer and such other third party for the purpose of the incentive, including the third parties administering the incentive, or any third parties that Exclaimer may, in its absolute discretion, consider appropriate or necessary in connection with the incentive. You confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Exclaimer Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Exclaimer from time to time, a copy of which can be found at www.exclaimer.com/company/privacy-policy 

    
    

14. A person who does not participate in the incentive shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these terms and conditions. 

    
    

15. The terms of the incentive will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam. 

    
    

16. The incentive is not valid with other offers, bundles or promotions unless stated otherwise.

     

17. Migrations, up sells, cross-sells, and renewals are not eligible for this incentive.

    
    

18. The promoter is Exclaimer Europe BV having an office at Bollenmarkt 8 E, 1681 PJ Zwaagdijk-Oost, The Netherlands. 

    
    

19. Exclaimer’s decision on all matters relating to the incentive will be at our absolute discretion and will be final and binding on you. 

    
    

20. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions in the brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the incentive and these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions indicated herein will prevail.
