    How to take part

    1. Opt-in now:

  • One person from your business will need to opt-in and complete the opt-in form.

  • The opt-in window for our incentive is from 22–29 August 2024. If you don’t opt in, you can’t take part.

    Terms & conditions

    1. You must be an Exclaimer registered and authorised UK partner in good standing (no overdue payments) with Exclaimer. 


    2. Incentive runs 2 September 2024 to 30 September 2024. Only orders received by Exclaimer by close of business (UK) 30 September 2024 will qualify. 


    3. Eligible sales are registered deals for 100 or more new licenses of Exclaimer Email Signature Service closed between 2 September 2024 and 30 September 2024 (“closed” means an order submitted to Exclaimer and accepted by Exclaimer during that time period). 


    4. Each eligible deal must have been registered in in the usual way. 


    5. There are a total of 5 places available for UK Exclaimer partners. 


    6. One place will be awarded to each of the top 5 winning partners whose business achieves the greatest number of closed deals between 2 September 2024 & 30 September 2024. 


    7. In the event of a tie or any dispute as to the winners, the top 5 winning partners will be decided by Exclaimer whose decision is final. 


    8. Winners will be notified by email by 30 November 2024 at the latest. 


    9. Exclaimer reserves the right to amend, add, withdraw or supplement the incentive at its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability. 


    10. Partners must be available to attend the UK trip in January 2025 (or such other date as may be substituted). 


    11. Each winning Partner can invite one guest on the trip.  


    12. Partners must supply all requested details for themselves and their guest to be able to attend the trip. 


    13. The trip cannot be gifted or sold to anyone else. 


    14. Each winning partner gives permission to be contacted directly by email or telephone by Exclaimer for the purpose of arranging this trip up until the trip has taken place in January 2025.


    15. If the individual or their guest cannot attend the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, Exclaimer must be notified at least 48hrs before the trip takes place. 


    16. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be available.  


    17. Migrations, up sells, cross-sells, and renewals are not eligible for this incentive.


    18. By participating in this incentive, you give consent under the UK Data Protection Act, GDPR and all other applicable data privacy laws to the collection, use and disclosure of your (and your invitee’s) personal data by/to Exclaimer and such other third party for the purpose of the incentive, including the third parties administering the incentive prize, or any third parties that Exclaimer may, in its absolute discretion, consider appropriate or necessary in connection with the incentive. You confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Exclaimer Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Exclaimer from time to time, a copy of which can be found at www.exclaimer.com/company/privacy-policy 


    19. A person who does not participate in the incentive shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these terms and conditions. 


    20. The terms of the incentive will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England. 


    21. The incentive is not valid with other offers, bundles or promotions unless stated otherwise. 


    22. The promoter is Exclaimer Limited of 250 Fowler Avenue, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 7JP, England. 


    23. Exclaimer’s decision on all matters relating to the incentive will be at our absolute discretion and will be final and binding on you. 


    24. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions in the brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the incentive and these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions indicated herein will prevail.
