Instant access 

The Audit Log feature offers immediate insights into your system activities. It enables you to instantly download a CSV file that contains the login details you need: date/time, username, role, and event (login). This allows quick access to information, saving you time and making the process more efficient. With the new feature, you won't have to raise support tickets every time you need login details or search through logs manually.  

Security and compliance 

Login information is sensitive, and anyone who accesses it could compromise data privacy and security. This is why our Audit Log feature is only available to Owner and Auditor roles. We take GDPR compliance very seriously and ensure information stays in the hands of those with the highest responsibility. 

Improved data recall 

You can now move beyond the constraints of a week. You’re able to retrieve historical data, providing a comprehensive view of your system's login activity.  

Ease of use 

Audit Log’s user-friendly design makes navigation and downloading a breeze. You can access the feature from the Configuration section of the left-hand panel. The interface makes it easy to navigate and download your CSV file in one click.
