    "A signature management tool that works faultlessly"

    Prior to discovering Exclaimer Cloud, our small business was using homemade templates in Microsoft365 which failed to produce the results we wanted across the range of devices our customers were using. After we made the switch to outsourcing, we have been delighted with the consistent results our customers experience, particularly as our signature includes a compliance statement that needs to be readily visible to all recipients. The documentation and online help is of an extremely high standard which means there are very rare occasions where I have needed to log a request for support. When I do, the Service desk have always responded in a timely manner and fixed the issue very efficiently.

    "Decent email signature manager with great flexibility"

    Our company basically has 4 separate business units that need to appear "somewhat" cohesive while also still remaining separate and free to create their own email signatures. Exclaimer allows for a dedicated set of managers at each business unit to admin the users for that business unit, while also being able to duplicate/copy/modify signatures from other business units to allow for more cohesive brand styling between our business units and the parent company. Exclaimer utilizes data within Active Directory including custom fields, and then admins can utilize those fields to populate data for users along with unit-wide information (such as marketing graphics or even departmental promos).

    "Excellent service, takes all the hassle out of Office 365 Signatures!"

    Simple pricing shown on their website rather than having to request a quote. Simple to set up with automated systems to configure your account and Office 365, linking the two together without having to know anything technical! Simple to use, all through an online WYSIWYG editor.I can be certain all email accounts on my Office 365 tenancy pick up the correct signature, with their correct details automatically. There is nothing for anyone else to configure. The main concern was emails sent from mobile devices as the signature options are limited on those devices - this does it all at the server rather than the device, so all emails look consistent! I really couldn't be happier with the service.

    "Auto organisational signatures, bye bye messy signatures"

    The integration with Office 365 is excellent. The template editor lets you have different signatures for different users, departments or groups. You can change the email signatures templates for individual members, groups or the entire organisation. The changes take effect immediately. Using Exclaimer means that staff no longer need to worry about setting up individual signatures. Our email signature brand identity 'font type, logo, hyperlinks, info, disclaimers etc, is now centrally managed and automated. Staff can email from any of their devices and be confident their signature will be added securely and automatically with Exclaimer in the Office 365 environment. We are very happy with Exclaimer and would highly recommend it.

    "Professional signatures, very versatile"

    The features I most use are the signature tester and troubleshooters, which can help you to determine what signature a particular user will get when sending to certain recipients. You can have separate internal and external signatures or even change your signature details by recipient domain, so if you have a partner organisation that you're happy to share your mobile number with, but wouldn't give that out to the public, you can do that.The signature setup is very versatile and there are some simple but effective things that you can't do with e.g. Exchange mail flow rules - conditional separators, for example, which will only appear when the attributes are non-blank. This stops the stray commas or dashes which we had in our old rules.

    "Professional signatures, very versatile"

    If you’ve ever tried to standardize an e-mail signature using Outlook, you know how frustrating it is to learn that - in a nutshell - you really can’t. There are options to stamp a disclaimer on messages, but those don’t really let you format a signature to look pretty. Enter Exclaimer Signature Manager - create a signature the way you want it to look, and set it up with dynamic fields so that each user’s signature can include their name, their phone number, or more information. Set additional signatures that can be set by date, or add in any promotional messages you might want to add, all controlled by the administrator. Powerful thanks to the way policies are setup, yet pretty easy to use once you get then hang of their tools (Smart Tables can be a bit tricky to understand, HTML tables seem to work better for most purposes).

"Making Email Signature Management Easier."

Use case and deployment scope:

It is used for signatures based on the job description. It allows flexibility to create unique signatures for different roles and departments.

Likelihood to Recommend:
It meets our needs to standardize signatures across the firm and customize them for all user functions. I wish it offered more flexibility in the signature application. IE an ability for someone to individually opt out and more flexibility for not repeating signatures in a thread, as the on-prem solution did.

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

We have been using Exclaimer for over 10 years. We started with our on prem exchange and then moved it when we converted to Office365. Rock solid product and the move from On-prem to Online was not difficult at all. Any time we have an issue, support is great and works with us very quickly to rectify. We use the product every day as it is integral in adding our signatures to our emails.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

No issues, it just works. We have only had very minor issues in the past nothing that impeded our use.
