What's going on?

Since 2022, all on-premises Exclaimer products have been discontinued. Read more about what this means for your customers’ Exclaimer solution.

You can no longer purchase Exclaimer support for these products, putting your customers at risk.

What do I do?

You have two options:

Customers with an active Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

As these customers won’t be able to renew their SMA, now’s the time to plan their migration to our cloud service while they’re still supported.

Migrating now ensures they avoid security, operational, and compliance risks, and allows them to unlock a range of benefits. 

For customers with an inactive SMA

Because these customers can’t renew their support agreement, you’ll need to migrate them to our cloud service now to restore full signature functionality and provide a reliable, secure environment for their critical email communications.

Please note: Your customers’ mailboxes don’t need to be in the cloud to use our cloud product. They can also imprint signatures at the device level without passing emails through the cloud.

What if my customers continue to use an unsupported product?

Your customers will start to face problems like:

Security vulnerabilities

With no security updates, your customers will be exposed to vulnerabilities and threats.

Bugs and product issues

No further bug fixes mean your signatures could stop working.

Compliance and legal risks

Your customers won’t be compliant with the latest regulations, including SOC 2 Type II, and ISO/IEC 27001 & 27018.

Lack of technical support

Should anything go wrong, neither you nor your customer will be able to contact us for help.

No access to latest features

Your customers won’t have access to existing or future productivity and growth features, leaving them at a disadvantage.

Depending on the Exclaimer product your customer is using, they may also experience:

Signatures not being applied on certain devices.

Not being able to create signatures on local users’ computers or terminal sessions.

Not being able to deploy signatures to Outlook Web Access (OWA).
