Find out what this means for you and your customers.
Since 2022, all on-premises Exclaimer products have been discontinued. Read more about what this means for your customers’ Exclaimer solution.
You can no longer purchase Exclaimer support for these products, putting your customers at risk.
You have two options:
Customers with an active Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)
As these customers won’t be able to renew their SMA, now’s the time to plan their migration to our cloud service while they’re still supported.
Migrating now ensures they avoid security, operational, and compliance risks, and allows them to unlock a range of benefits.
For customers with an inactive SMA
Because these customers can’t renew their support agreement, you’ll need to migrate them to our cloud service now to restore full signature functionality and provide a reliable, secure environment for their critical email communications.
Please note: Your customers’ mailboxes don’t need to be in the cloud to use our cloud product. They can also imprint signatures at the device level without passing emails through the cloud.
Your customers will start to face problems like:

Allowing shared access with non-technical users, meaning signatures can be managed by other departments with zero risk.
Compliance with the latest security and regulatory standards, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27018, and Cyber Essentials.
The extra security, zero maintenance and 99.99% uptime that comes with our Azure-hosted cloud service.
It’s not just your customers that will benefit from moving to our cloud solution. Everyone you migrate will generate a new recurring revenue stream for you.
So, you’ll earn more each month with every on-premises customer you move, helping your business grow.
