What's going on?

Since 2022, all on-premises Exclaimer products have been discontinued. Read more about what this means for your Exclaimer solution.

You can no longer purchase Exclaimer support for these products, leaving your organization at risk.

What do I do?

You have two options:

Customers with an active Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

As your support agreement will shortly expire and you won’t be able to renew it, now is the time to plan your migration to the Exclaimer cloud service while you’re still supported. Migrating now will ensure you avoid security, operational, and compliance risks and allow you to unlock many new features.

For customers with an inactive SMA 

Because you can’t renew your support agreement, you’ll need to migrate to the Exclaimer cloud service now to restore full signature functionality and a reliable, secure environment for your critical email communications. 

Please note: Your mailboxes don’t need to be in the cloud to use our cloud product.  You can also imprint signatures at the device level (including mobiles) without the need to pass your emails through the cloud.

What if I continue to use my unsupported product?

Using an unsupported product, you'll start to face problems like:

Security vulnerabilities

With no security updates, your organization will be exposed to vulnerabilities.

Bugs and product issues

No further bug fixes mean your signatures could stop working.

Compliance and legal risks

You may no longer be compliant with the latest laws and regulations, including SOC 2 Type II, and ISO/IEC 27001 & 27018.

Lack of technical support

Should anything go wrong, you won’t be able to contact Exclaimer for help.

No access to latest features

You won’t have access to existing or future productivity and growth features, leaving you at a disadvantage.

Depending on the Exclaimer product you’re using, you may also experience:

Signatures not being applied on certain devices, or bugs which stop the correct signature from being applied

Not being able to create signatures on local users’ computers or terminal sessions

Not being able to deploy signatures to Outlook Web Access (OWA)
