Server-side configuration
Reach 100% email signature conformity across devices with our Azure-hosted signature imprinting service.
When users press send, their email gets securely routed to one of our Microsoft Azure datacenters in your chosen region via a start point (Send) connector. This keeps your data securely in your region, guaranteeing no email leaves the Microsoft cloud environment.
Exclaimer applies the right signature on the email and passes it back to Office 365 for sending using an end point connector. And thanks to a closed loop process between Office 365 and Microsoft Azure, the signature is only added once.
Your emails are delivered with a powerful new signature, which can be viewed in the Sent Items folder.
Client-side configuration
Apply Office 365 signatures directly within Outlook, Outlook Web App (OWA) or Apple Mail with no mail flow through the Exclaimer cloud service.
The email signatures are then automatically deployed into Outlook using Exclaimer’s Outlook Add-In and Microsoft’s latest API.
As a new email is written, the signature automatically appears using contact details from your organization’s Azure Active Directory. Users have the option to choose a preferred signature template from within the Outlook client.
Server-side & client-side configuration
Deploy Office 365 email signatures in Outlook and pass them for imprinting after a message is sent.
This ensures a signature is applied to every email, while users can see their signature as they compose a message.
