Link your Salesforce environment through the Integrations section in the Exclaimer dashboard.
Exclaimer synchronizes email addresses from Contact, Account, and Opportunity lists every 24 hours, so your targeting reflects the latest Salesforce data.
When configuring the rules for a signature, choose the Salesforce lists you want to target in the Recipients section.
Once enabled, Exclaimer monitors for recipients that match email addresses from your selected Salesforce lists and applies the appropriate signature automatically. The right audience sees the right messaging every time.
