You can set your organization’s logos, icons, fonts, colors, and banners. These assets are then available to use in any signature design.
You can also manage your organization’s meeting background, to be used with our Meeting Branding feature.
When you add text or images in the Signature Designer, your brand defaults (fonts, colors, and logos) are applied automatically. For example, if you use the Image/Logo element, simply select Brand Image as the source to choose from your brand image assets.
Within Branding, you can upload up to three images in different shapes, add alt text and hyperlinks, and make them available for use in your signatures.
If there are no currently no brand images set up, a blank placeholder is added to your signature. Once you upload your images in the Branding screen, they’ll automatically update in your design. For more information, see How to use Branding in a signature.
Yes. While updates apply automatically, you can review them in the Signature Designer to confirm everything looks correct before finalizing.
