  1. Open the Signature Designer in your Exclaimer portal.

  2. Drag the “Chili Piper” from the Calendars section into your signature.

  3. Enter the URL of your Chili Piper booking page.

  4. Customize the text and style of the Chili Piper element according to your brand.

  5. Save and apply your signature — your booking link is now live in every email.

Yes, you can configure unique per-user booking links by using dynamic fields. Store each user’s specific booking link in a custom attribute or user detail field. Then, in the Chili Piper element’s Booking page URL, insert the dynamic field placeholder (e.g., {CustomAttribute}) to ensure each sender’s signature includes their personalized booking link.
