How it works
Navigate to the Integrations menu in Exclaimer and select HubSpot to begin the secure OAuth flow.
Review and accept the request to allow Exclaimer to view details about your contact lists, companies, and deals.
When configuring an email signature, go to the “Recipients” section. Here, you will see your synchronized HubSpot lists available to select as a recipient.
Once the integration is active and you’ve selected your audience, your email signatures will be automatically applied - ensuring the right people receive the most engaging design automatically.

All data synchronized from HubSpot is encrypted in transit and at rest, following global data protection standards to ensure full compliance and security.
