A focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to our success. Women now make up 48.5% of management, up from 38% in 2023, with equal gender representation on our Executive Leadership Team. Women account for 38% of our workforce and 40% of new hires in 2024.
We continue to expand diverse candidate pools, particularly for technical roles, and partner with organizations such as She Can Code and the Tech Talent Charter.
Celebrating success together
Recognition is part of our daily culture. We share #CelebrateSuccess moments, run peer recognition programs like HeyTaco, and spotlight employee stories for awareness days such as International Women’s Day and World Mental Health Day.
