The year 2024 was a big one for Exclaimer, with 19 billion emails processed, 12 game-changing product releases, and achievements in growth, innovation, and community. We redefined what was possible within the realm of email signature management.
Here’s a look back at 2024 and the key milestones that made it a standout year.
Raising the bar with product launches
This year, Exclaimer introduced 12 new product functionality updates, designed to expand the possibilities of email signature marketing. These updates weren’t just about improving performance—they were created to tackle real challenges faced by our customers.
Here are some of the features our users welcomed in 2024:
Social Feeds: Allows a customer to display their latest Facebook and LinkedIn posts in their email signature.
Salesforce and HubSpot integrations: Customers can now import recipient lists from Salesforce or HubSpot into our solution. They can then customize email signatures based on the recipient's stage in the buyer journey, such as targeted banners for prospect lists, webinar follow-ups, and calls-to-action.
Campaigns: This feature lets customers create custom banner campaigns to deliver timely messages. They can schedule them for special events or promotions, ensuring audiences get the message at the right time.
Branding: A centralized space to store and manage brand assets, ensuring every email signature automatically uses the latest logos, colors, and fonts.
Chili Piper integration: This feature lets customers add customized booking links to email signatures, making it simple for prospects and customers to schedule meetings with your go-to-market (GTM) teams.

This year, we took part in over 50 in-person and virtual events, sharing our solution with audiences worldwide. These events gave us the chance to connect with businesses from various industries and show how Exclaimer can transform email signature management.

Showcasing the benefits of email signature marketing
One of the biggest takeaways of the year? Email signature marketing is still one of the most cost-effective digital channels, especially compared to traditional methods.
Consider these stats:
Email signatures achieve an average CTR of 4%, more than double the industry average of 2%.
Exclaimer delivers brand impressions at an average cost-per-thousand of just $5.72.
Cost-Per-Click (CPC) is $0.14, significantly lower than the $0.57 seen in traditional email marketing campaigns.
Account-based email signatures see a 15x higher CTR compared to display ads with the same messaging.
Engagement stats: Out of 614,992 applied email signatures, we generated 37,784 clicks, achieving a 6.14% click-through rate (CTR) for the year.
Unveiling our internal growth and leadership
2024 was a pivotal year for Exclaimer internally. We celebrated milestones such as:
Welcoming Rob Singer as CEO and Gordon Willoughby as Non-Executive Chairman, who brought fresh perspectives and leadership expertise to drive future growth.
Opening a new Boston office, which housed ~30 new employees, to better serve our North American customers.
Achieving a company-wide 30% YoY growth, supporting 8 million users per month.
Launching a Wellbeing Workforce initiative that focused on work-life integration, offering perks like Calm app subscriptions, clear goals, employee surveys, and hybrid team collaboration to help employees thrive personally and professionally.
Organizing several fundraising activities, including flipping heart-shaped pancakes on Pancake Day for The British Heart Foundation, wearing Christmas jumpers for The International Red Cross, and dressing up in Halloween costumes for the World Food Programme.
Celebrating specific occasions such as International Women’s Day with a LinkedIn takeover series, and an initiative for Thanksgiving that encouraged colleagues to appreciate those they valued most.
Offering workshops on resilience, mindfulness, and stress management to promote a supportive and caring workplace culture.
Supporting learning through funded training, workshops, and a monthly book club. We even brought dogs into our offices for some "puppy therapy."
Here's what some of our colleagues thought:
"Significant time is invested in deliberating on employee engagement/experience — even when it's already impressive. The organization regularly introduces initiatives, awards, and rewards to motivate and acknowledge staff, demonstrating a culture that values internal reflection and continual improvement." Karl Bagci, Head of Information Security
“What makes Exclaimer special for me? It's all about the people and culture. From day one, I was welcomed with open arms. Whenever I need help, there's always someone ready to lend a hand." Veronica Martinez, Distribution Partner Account Manager
