Personalized email signatures within company branding

The User Details Editor gives employees freedom to update selected fields, while IT maintains control over branding, compliance, and consistency.

Users can edit certain details, IT maintains control

Personalize fields that matter most

The User Details Editor lets employees update specific fields chosen by the company — like pronouns, direct numbers, or job titles — without opening IT support tickets. Marketing gets brand-aligned signatures, employees get a voice, and IT maintains centralized control in the background.

How the User Details Editor works

Access with ease

Employees simply follow a secure link and sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO). No extra accounts or new passwords to remember.

Edit approved fields

Employees can update only the details IT has enabled — such as pronouns, job titles, or phone numbers. They can also personalize their vCard and download branded video backgrounds.

Sync changes automatically

Updates appear in email signatures and vCards at the next directory sync (about every 12 hours), keeping everything accurate without extra admin work.
