Louise Taylor

Louise Taylor is VP Channel at Exclaimer, where she leads the company’s partner strategy across distributors, MSPs, VARs, and strategic partners.

She has worked on both sides of the vendor and partner relationship. Louise spent more than a decade at Canon EMEA, moving from bid development through strategic partner account management to leading its channel work with ISVs. She then led partner channels at TimeXtender, Redstor, and CyberSentriq before joining Exclaimer in August 2026.

Her view is that partnerships work when they're simple, built on trust, and deliver genuine value to both sides. She writes about partner program design, MSP economics, and what automation and APIs mean for how vendors win partners.
