Exclaimer is proud to announce that we've been named in the UK's Best Workplaces for Development 2026.

New this year, the UK's Best Workplaces for Development List recognizes companies that make employee development a key part of their culture. These workplaces offer employees the chance to better themselves, to learn new skills, and to progress within the organization. They understand that development is not one-size-fits-all, and they actively support every employee in undertaking their own tailored growth journey. Because of this, their people are fueled by a sense of purpose, feel valued by their employer, and give their best to the organization.

Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to development, innovation, and employee growth. Over the past year, we've introduced a wide range of programs and benefits designed to give every Exclaimer colleague the chance to grow, including:

  • Exclaimer Unlocked, our internal learning series that allows colleagues to build new skills across functions and earn recognition for completing structured learning paths.

  • LinkedIn Learning licences for the whole team, putting on-demand professional development in everyone's hands.

  • Quarterly reviews and twice-yearly salary reviews, so that growth conversations are frequent, meaningful, and tied to clear outcomes.

  • Publicly tracked internal promotion targets, giving everyone visibility of how the business is investing in its own people.

  • Enhanced benefits shaped by employee feedback, including ten additional days of paid holiday and one of the most generous paternity leave policies in our industry.

To compile the UK's Best Workplaces for Development List, Great Place To Work® reviewed our culture, benefits, and approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark our employee value proposition against the culture our employees actually experience. Only the businesses that achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.

From anonymous employee feedback, we can see that our team highly commends our dedication to ongoing learning, individual growth, and the culture of knowledge exchange that runs across our global business of 300+ colleagues.

“Being named one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Development is an incredible recognition of the people-first culture our team has built," says Antonia Bowler, Learning and Development Director at Exclaimer. "At Exclaimer, we believe great products are only possible when people have the space, support, and confidence to grow. From Exclaimer Unlocked to the way we approach feedback, promotions, and benefits, we want every colleague to feel that their development genuinely matters here. This award belongs to every Exclaimer employee who shows up, learns, and lifts those around them.”

“Learning and development go beyond enabling people to do their jobs well today–they signal that employees matter and that their future within the organization is taken seriously. When individuals can clearly see how they can grow and progress, they're far more likely to feel motivated, engaged, and committed. Without that visibility, both performance and retention can suffer,” said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK.

“A strong approach to development is inherently forward-looking. It reflects an investment in long-term potential, helps people feel recognized for who they are and what they can become, and reinforces a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Each year, we're proud to recognize organizations that are creating environments where both people and businesses flourish–and meaningful learning opportunities are central to that success. That's why we're so excited to reveal this year's UK's Best Workplaces for Development.”

“Congratulations to Exclaimer for being part of our 2026 UK's Best Workplaces for Development List.”

This recognition builds on our existing Great Place To Work Certification in both the UK and the United States, reflecting a consistent, global commitment to making Exclaimer a place where people thrive.
