2025 was a year of meaningful growth for Exclaimer.
Over the year, 19.4 billion emails flowed through the platform. More than 75,000 organizations and nine million monthly active users relied on Exclaimer to manage email at scale. As expectations around email governance rose, Exclaimer grew alongside its customers.
This post looks back at the product launches, company milestones, research, partnerships, and industry recognition that shaped the year.
Taking product launches to the next level
Product development accelerated beyond day-to-day email signature management in 2025. Our focus was on centralizing governance for IT teams while supporting practical use cases across marketing, sales, and compliance.

Key releases included:
Chili Piper integration
An integration with Chili Piper that lets you place meeting booking links directly into email signatures. Recipients can book time in a single click, cutting down on back-and-forth scheduling.LinkedIn social feeds
LinkedIn Social Feeds let organizations show live LinkedIn posts in employee email signatures. Team can share recent company updates in outbound email and track engagement through built-in analytics.Centralized email disclaimers
The Disclaimers feature gave IT and compliance teams one central place to manage legal disclaimers. Disclaimers are applied automatically to all outbound email, reducing manual updates and lowering compliance risk.
Extending the platform with video branding
Email wasn’t the only communications channel we focused on. In August 2025, Exclaimer introduced Meeting Branding, bringing the same centralized brand control we being to emails in video meetings.

Meeting Branding lets organizations manage branded virtual backgrounds for video platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. Backgrounds are applied automatically and include dynamic details like names and roles. And this is all without any setup required by individual users.
Following its launch on August 7, 2025, 12,241 branded themes were downloaded by 8,812 users across 781 customer tenants. Meeting Branding has since become the fastest-adopted Pro tier feature Exclaimer has ever released.
This launch expanded Exclaimer’s role in everyday business communication, giving organizations consistent brand control in another high-visibility channel.

Advancing industry insight through research
Original research played a bigger role in how Exclaimer contributed to industry conversations.
Our State of Business Email 2025 report drew on insights from more than 4,000 IT leaders worldwide. It found that while email remains the most relied-on business communication channel, control over signatures and disclaimers is often manual or inconsistent, increasing risk for IT and compliance teams.
We also released Build vs. Buy: The True Cost of DIY IT Solutions. This was based on a survey of more than 2,000 IT and security decision-makers. Our research showed that most internally built tools are abandoned or miss delivery targets, highlighting the hidden cost of fragmented, homegrown approaches.
Throughout the year, we also shared regional security and compliance insights. That included U.S. findings pointing to frequent email-related incidents alongside continued reliance on manual processes.
Expanding our channel partner ecosystem
Channel partnerships continued to play a growing role in how Exclaimer reached customers.

The global partner network scaled further, helping partners deliver email signature management at scale. Investment in enablement and tooling supported stronger engagement and a growing channel-led pipeline.
Exclaimer also built on distributor partnerships established in 2024. These relationships supported international customer acquisition and increased visibility across midmarket and enterprise environments.
The MSP and reseller program was refined through updates to onboarding, incentives, and flexibility, making it easier for partners to deploy and manage customer environments.
A broader update to the Exclaimer Partner Program is planned for early 2026.

A year of recognition
Industry recognition followed the progress made across product, people, and partners.

Some of the awards we won this year included:

Together, these awards reflect how customers, partners, and independent evaluators view Exclaimer based on real-world use, not marketing claims.
Scaling our teams and leadership
Global growth and leadership investment defined much of the year at Exclaimer.

Teams expanded worldwide to support more than 75,000 organizations and nine million monthly active users. This growth brought product development and customer success closer to key markets, helping teams work more closely with customers.

This expansion was matched by strong commercial performance. By late 2025, Exclaimer announced it was on track to reach $100 million in annual recurring revenue.
