New feature: See server-side email signatures in Sent Items for Google Workspace

When employees send an email, they expect to see what the recipient sees. But for organizations applying signatures in the cloud, using server-side deployment meant that the final version never appears in Sent Items.
That small gap caused a lot of friction.
Employees couldn’t confirm if their email signature or banner was applied, leaving them unsure whether the right details, campaigns, or disclaimers were sent. IT teams fielded the same tickets again and again—“Did my signature apply?”—and spent time explaining something that should have been automatic.
Closing the visibility gap
Exclaimer’s new Sent Items Update for Google Workspace fixes this. The enhancement ensures that every sent email appears in the user’s Sent Items folder with the correct server-side signature and disclaimer applied.
Using Google’s insert and modify APIs, Exclaimer automatically adds a labeled copy (“Exclaimer Sent Items”) without altering inbox threads.
Users can now open their Sent Items and see the exact message and signature their recipients received. It’s the reassurance employees want, the efficiency IT needs, and the reliability businesses rely on.
This makes Exclaimer the first and only email signature management provider to deliver Sent Items visibility for server-side deployments in Google Workspace.

Greater flexibility in server-side deployment
This update makes Exclaimer’s server-side deployment for Google Workspace even more powerful.
Admins can provide visibility and compliance without changing how employees send messages. That flexibility helps organizations choose the deployment method that best fits their infrastructure, while maintaining brand standards and legal requirements.
The benefits at a glance
Quick setup: Turn on the Sent Items Update in your admin settings so that every user sees the correct signature—every time.
Fewer IT tickets: Employees can verify their signatures directly in Sent Items, reducing questions for the IT team.
Familiar experience: Nothing changes for users, just added reassurance.
Smarter server-side deployment: Greater flexibility, visibility, and control.
