Exclaimer named one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026

Exclaimer is proud to announce that we have been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™, ranking 60th in the large company category.
The list recognizes UK organizations that maintain a fair balance of women and men across the business, remove barriers to women's career progress, and build a workplace where every employee can succeed, regardless of gender.
Being named to this list reflects real changes we've made over the past 12 months, including six months of fully paid parental leave for every new parent and 10 additional paid days off a year through Xflex, our flexible working policy.
To build the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women List, Great Place To Work® surveys women anonymously about their day-to-day experience of leadership, innovation, and company values, then benchmarks the results against how the wider workforce experiences the same culture. Only the highest-scoring organizations make the Best Workplaces™ list.

From our anonymous employee feedback, 86% of Exclaimer employees say it's a great place to work, compared to 54% at a typical UK company.
One employee said
“It's great to see the company actively improving things, like matching the retirement scheme, offering much better maternity leave, and allowing flexible working locations and extra time off”.
In addition:
83% of new starters rated onboarding as excellent
89% would recommend Exclaimer as a great place to work after their first three months
78% of employees say they're offered development to further themselves professionally
Women hold 48.5% of management roles at Exclaimer
40% of new hires, and rising, are women
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK says:
“This year’s UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list celebrates businesses making a genuine difference day to day, not just in what they say, but in how people experience work. What matters most is that this recognition comes directly from women working in these organisations, who tell us they feel supported, valued, and able to grow.
Our research demonstrates that these organizations creating high-trust environments are delivering stronger results, whether in financial outcomes, impact, or service delivery, alongside greater agility and resilience in the face of change.
Congratulations to Exclaimer for creating an environment where inclusion is clearly felt in practice.”
This is Exclaimer's fourth Great Place To Work recognition of 2026, all in the Large category. We also placed on these lists:
Award | Rank | Category |
UK's Best Workplaces™ 2026 | 69 | Large |
UK's Best Workplaces for Development™ 2026 | 55 | Large |
UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2026 | 36 | Large |
We're proud of this recognition and will use Great Place To Work's feedback to keep building on our culture and employee experience.
