Jim Turner

Jim Turner is Chief Operating Officer at Exclaimer, where he leads channel strategy, partner programme design, and global business operations. He has spent 15 years scaling SaaS businesses through operational transformation, four of which went on to successful acquisitions. Jim brings that same focus on efficiency, friction removal, and commercial clarity to how Exclaimer works with its partner ecosystem.

Before becoming COO, Jim spent three years at Exclaimer leading customer success, support, and professional services. He now applies that end-to-end view of the customer journey, from first partner conversation to long-term retention, to building the infrastructure that makes indirect go-to-market scale. He writes on channel strategy, partner programme design, and operational growth.
