Introducing UKG Ready integration for Exclaimer

For organizations running on UKG Ready, employee data lives with HR—not in the directory. Names, job titles, departments and contact details all flow through the HRIS. 

But that data doesn’t always make it into email signatures or video meeting themes. Most email signature management tools still pull from directories like Entra ID and Google Directory, leaving organizations to bridge the gap with manual updates, CSV uploads, or directory workarounds.

That’s why we’re launching UKG Ready integration for Exclaimer. 

UKG Ready joins Workday as the second integration in our growing HRIS suite, giving organizations another way to keep employee details accurate using the HR systems they already trust.

How it works

Get started in just a few steps with the help of your UKG Ready Admin:  

1. Connect UKG Ready in Exclaimer: 
   Add UKG Ready as an employee data source in your Exclaimer subscription and authenticate using your UKG Ready Domain name, Company Short Name, and API key. 
   
   

2. Grant permissions: 
   Allow read-only access and choose which data fields are shared. Exclaimer handles the rest via BindBee, our data aggregation partner. 
   
   

3. Apply UKG Ready data to signatures and meeting themes: 
   Build email signature and meeting theme templates using mapped UKG Ready attributes.
    
   

4. Stay up to date automatically: 
   When employee records change in UKG Ready, updates sync into Exclaimer automatically, so signatures and meeting themes always reflect the latest details.
