More than 3,700 organizations competed in this year's American Business Awards®. Exclaimer came away with a Silver Stevie® and it wasn't by accident.

Exclaimer has been named a Silver Stevie® Award winner in the Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year — Up to 2,500 Employees category at The 24th Annual American Business Awards®.

Oops — the category name itself contains an em dash, which I'll need to keep as it's the official award name. Everything else in the body copy will be em dash free going forward.

The American Business Awards are the USA's premier business awards program, open to all US-based organizations regardless of size or sector. This year's entries were evaluated by more than 230 professionals worldwide. Winners will be presented with their awards at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on June 9, 2026.

What the award recognizes

The Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year category recognizes organizations that have made measurable advances in their product, technology, or business model. Entries are judged by an independent panel who assess real-world impact, not company size or name recognition.

Exclaimer's entry stood out for the quality and depth of its submission. Judges described it as a "data-rich, credibility-building narrative highlighting global scale, security, and customer impact." One noted that Exclaimer had "shown tremendous growth since 2024, expanding beyond email signature automations," while another highlighted the platform's ability to deliver "enterprise control without individual user input to change" with marketing results that "speak for themselves."

What drove this recognition

Exclaimer's nomination was built on two years of focused product development that turned a core email signature management platform into a broader communication and governance tool.

Since 2024, Exclaimer introduced campaign scheduling and CRM-based targeting, giving organizations the ability to align email signature content with specific audiences, timing, and activity. Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Chili Piper enabled personalization at scale and direct meeting booking from email signatures. Enhanced analytics delivered real-time engagement data by campaign and region. In 2025, Exclaimer extended centrally managed branding into video meetings, bringing consistent brand presentation to a channel that had previously been outside IT's control.

On the governance side, Exclaimer introduced improved role-based access controls and disclaimer management, and a redesigned admin interface. These changes gave IT teams more precise control over who can edit what, while reducing the administrative complexity that comes with managing signatures across large, distributed organizations.

The numbers reflect that progress. In 2024, customers sent more than 600,000 tracked signatures, generating over 37,000 clicks and an average click-through rate of 6.14%, more than double the typical marketing email benchmark of around 2.5%. Annual recurring revenue reached $90 million, up $25 million over two years, with the platform now used by more than 75,000 organizations globally.

What this means for customers

Managing email signatures at scale is a bigger operational challenge than it looks. Solving it well creates value across the business, and that's what this recognition reflects.

For IT teams, it means central control over every email signature across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Updates apply instantly, disclaimers are enforced automatically, and nothing relies on individual users to follow instructions. Administrative overhead goes down, and so does compliance risk.

For marketing teams, it means a channel with real reach. Email signatures go out on every email, every day, across every employee. With campaign scheduling, CRM targeting, and real-time analytics, organizations can track engagement, adjust messaging, and run campaigns without raising a single IT support ticket.

Exclaimer serves more than 75,000 organizations worldwide, including Sony, Mattel, Bank of America, NBC, the BBC, the Government of Canada, and the Academy Awards. A 96% customer satisfaction score and consistent top ratings on G2, TrustRadius, and Capterra reflect how that value lands in practice.

See it for yourself

A Silver Stevie® Award reflects what independent judges saw in Exclaimer's product, growth, and customer impact. The reviews, ratings, and results from customers who use the platform every day tell the same story.
